Spyder Co2 Paintball Tank Review
There are not many spyder tank reviews on the internet. In fact, this is the only website with a full review of this product. Which is a shame, because spyder paintball tanks are a very common option.
It is very easy to see why these paintball tanks are so popular. They are ridiculously cheap. But, they are not good quality.
the saying "you get what you pay for" holds true for these paintball tanks, along with everything else.
That being said, you can spend your money more efficiently on other tanks. If you are determined to get a co2 tank then, you're best option is a pure energy co2 tank which is the same price. But it is a better tank.
You cannot expect to get a whole lot of quality out of a co2 paintball tank. hpa tanks are going to be a whole lot more efficient. But one thing you should be able to rely on is durability. Regardless of what type of tank you own.
Unfortunately, spyder paintball tanks simply are not reliable at all. There have been many malfunctioning incidents of these tanks. And anyone who owns a paintball store will tell you how ridiculously often they have to repair a spyder tank.
Usually, the repairs are relatively minor. Ie. a busted valve, or a broking ring. But they are annoying nonetheless.
I my early paintballing years, I purchased three of these tanks, and of those three, only one still works.
The last thing you want to happen in a paintball match, is for your paintball tank to malfunction. Your teammates rely on your support. And you rely on the support of your paintball gear.
I highly recommend that you DO NOT buy this gun. There are better options out there. The pure energy co2 paintball tank is about the same price, and very reliable.
Hope this helps you,
